- German School of Kosova is the natural continuation of a long tradition of success in education. Our journey begins with The Cambridge School, founded in 1995, which became one of the most well‑known institutions for foreign language learning in Kosovo. Over the years, more than 200,000 students developed their language skills across its 13 branches. This success was followed by the establishment of Cambridge Kids, a kindergarten that earned the trust of many families thanks to its dedication and quality in education.

- Building on this 30‑year experience, the German School of Kosova was founded – as a new step toward more advanced and contemporary education. From the very beginning, our goal was to create a unique school. Through partnerships with well‑known educational institutions in Germany – such as Deutsche Fernschule, Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen Schule, and SchuleExpert – as well as cooperation with American educators, we succeeded in building an educational model that combines international experience with local needs. At the heart of our school stands the WEiSE concept, a modern approach implemented in more than 15 countries around the world. This concept places the student at the center, focusing on individualized learning, value‑based education, and close collaboration between the school, students, and parents. Under the leadership of Gjyljeta Shala, Georg A. Pflüger, and Jehona Xhaferi, we are growing with steady steps, building every day a school that reflects quality, dedication, and vision. Today, the German School of Kosova represents a modern educational institution where tradition and innovation intertwine, and where every student is guided with commitment toward a safe and successful future.
